Transforming Abandoned Pubs into Community Hubs

We are repurposing abandoned pubs in regional Australia into vibrant Community Resource Hubs. These hubs will serve as multifunctional spaces, providing a safe, inclusive environment for social interaction, skill development, and community support. By revitalizing these underused spaces, we aim to bring new life to regional towns, fostering economic growth and community hubs.

"Transforming empty spaces into places of community connection and opportunity."

Combating Social Isolation and Supporting Mental Health

"Creating supportive communities that combat isolation and nurture mental well-being."

Our hubs focus on reducing social isolation and improving mental health through various activities. By offering cooking classes, art and writing workshops, and social events, we provide a space where people can come together, share experiences, and support each other. These activities are especially targeted at the elderly and vulnerable, ensuring everyone feels valued and connected.

Providing Practical Skills and Job Training

"Empowering people with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce."

We offer a range of training programs, including food handling, RSA, and barista certifications, as well as apprenticeships and on-the-job training. These programs are designed to enhance employability, providing participants with the skills needed to secure meaningful employment. Our success with the 'Back to Work Training' initiative, which helped over 10,000 Australians return to work, serves as a model for these programs.

Transforming Abandoned Pubs into Community Hubs

Help me to help others

After helping over 33,000 Australians I have the network and ability to bring people and resources together to create and develop a new infrastructure.

This would support our farmers and future generations while they continue to suffer from the drought.

Join me to help our farmers across Australia and invest in their communities to help them to become sustainable for our generations to come!

Introducing my new initiative to save “One Country Town” at a time.

Recently I visited several Country Towns and met with the locals and farmers who are doing it tough.

After talking to a variety of people I began to understand the fundamentals about the lack of resources and future opportunities for the younger generations in these towns.

We need to transform these towns and empower the Farmers and locals by retraining in new jobs with the infrastructure for Tourism, Accommodation, Hospitality, Agriculture and Retail

Throughout my career I have identified and implemented Charities, Community Groups and Companies to help over 33,000 Australians.

I know that with the true-blue Aussie support we can make a difference to help our farmers and the next generation. We need to not only inject funds, but we need to build a future infrastructure to support the communities and their families.

I have written a program that I need your support and support us to help at the grown roots of each town.

Concept

To locate rural country towns that need an injection of infrastructure to create sustainable jobs and help inject funds back into the city. We buy old old abandoned hotels or businesses not performing that can be purchased below market price that require a transformation.

Moulamein

I have identified the first Country town in Moulamein and spoken to the some of the community leaders to research the viable option of commencing and establishing our project to help their community.

The Bed & Breakfast accommodation would be the first of many to be established, whilst becoming a training facility to help the local community to develop work skills and jobs.

This will be our first pilot program.

Local jobs

Local people,

l

ocal jobs.

Transformed hotels would inject money and create jobs in the community by developing a new tourism for country towns.

The concept is to utilise the media support and industry leaders to book and visit our farmers in their on the job training Bed and Breakfast establishments with International coverage.

 Mentoring

Shareing stories

The training will utilise its ageing population by bringing them in as guest speakers to share their stories and empower the community.

They will have the opportunity as will other business in our partnership with Craig Michaels to mentor our clients during and after their on the job training.

Roles

Drought farmer.jpg

Support and re-train to earn money in different careers.

Each project will consist of up to 20 positions with training developed to support both life skills and re-training to gain practical employment in a new career.

These jobs can be designed as part time or full time giving our farmers and their children the chance of hope working and earning money in their home town.

The project will develop a range of on the job training opportunities giving the locals practical training and the capacity to earn money while developing new skills.

The type of jobs are;

  1. Kitchen- Cook and kitchen hands

 Sponsorship

Our farmers are battling to keep going and without boots on the ground and practical projects to help create revenue for them

 Networking

Networking the Community

It is critical to work with the community to storyboard ideas of what they need and to bring people together. This will build a future infastructure of practical jobs to keep the younger generations in their community town.

Craig will work in establishing links through networking and corporate contacts from his career and other volunteers.

Help me to help our Farmers today!

This project will require a huge variety of support and ideas. It does not matter how big or small your idea is, why not use your corporate volunteer days to work together and show your clients how you are helping to support our farmers on their land.

I was once told “One man can not make a difference, however I have transformed 33,000 Australians lives.”

Will you help me change our Farmers destiny for our future generations to come?
